Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the provided packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Refund Processing
Once our quality team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
